Today I woke up early at 7 in the morning, take my camera, some music and broom in hand ... So why should I?

I met with my friends and we spare in two groups walking around the block for sweeping and collecting all the trash we found in the road.

I was responsible for documentation of the events taking photos and recording video, I also carried their water, accommodate their mouth protectors and scratched their nouses because they could not be touching their faces with gloves filled with dirt.

There were so many people, around 30, which did not take long to clean up our area. We started at 9 am and 12 pm and we were filling the last rib.

It was very interesting, hopefully everyone in this country had more moments of consciousness like this.

I invite you to go out and do this from time to time where you live or where you work or at least not throwing garbage on the street as this is the main reason why are floods and many people were left homeless.

Hoy me levante temprano a las 7 de la mañana, tome mi cámara, algo de música y escoba en mano... ¿para que?

Me reuní con mis amigos y en dos brigadas le dimos la vuelta a la Colonia para barrer y recoger toda la basura que encontráramos en el camino.

Yo estaba encargado de la documentación de los hechos tomando fotos y grabando video, también les cargaba el agua, les acomodaba los cubre bocas y les rascaba la nariz ya que ellos no podían tocarse la cara con los guantes de limpieza llenos de suciedad.

Éramos tantos, alrededor de 30, que no tardamos demasiado en limpiar nuestra zona. Comenzamos a las 9 am y para las 12 pm ya estábamos llenando los últimos costales.

Fue una experiencia muy interesante, ojala todos en este país tuviéramos mas momentos de conciencia como este.

Los invito a salir a la calle y hacer esto de vez en cuando en donde vivimos o donde trabajamos o al menos a no tirar basura en la calle pues esto es el principal motivo por el cual se hacen inundaciones y mucha gente se queda sin hogares.

"Es un trabajo sucio pero alguien tiene que hacerlo".
